Anything worth having takes time!

After 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks smoking roughly 30 a day with a half dozen half assed attempts at quitting smoking I'm finally living my Forever quit I've got well over 5 years of Smokefree living in  I give this community of awesome folks so much of the credit for helping me through some really rough times I thank each of you, there's so many that's not here anymore for one reason or another but I remember them fondly. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that quitting smoking is the gift of LIFE which our lives literally depends on us to stick with our quits N.M.W and thank Goodness it's absolutely Doable it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable.....
