In order to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life you must make the choice to quit smoking then by being willing determined and totally committed you will succeed it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and know that we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you must believe it and keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom - N.M.W - No Matter What, when I found this site back in June of 2014 - I read everything I could find about this horrid addiction and I kept reading day after day so I set up a quit date BUT I wasn't ready yet so I set another date for July 14th 2014 which means today I'm on 1,895 splendiferous DOF 
I had some mighty rough days in those early weeks I'll tell you that no one wanted to be around me not even my grown children the only ones that came around were the grandchildren because they were my incentive and still are I hope I'll always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking NONE OF US has to ever go back as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance then there's no way any of us will ever FAIL......I still smile at each and every Day WON because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand so chin up if you're struggling because it's going to get easier and easier with time under your belt and it definitely gets better and better without the yuckies (cigarettes).....
