In order to EXperience the Freedom of a Smokefree Life we must make the choice to quit and stay quit N.M.W. and make the choice to Relapse or NOT choosing to stick with your quit so you can reap the benefits is truly the gift of LIFE because we all know Smoking Kills and it kills slowly it doesn't matter who you are or where you live smoking kills! As difficult as quitting smoking can be it's much better than a Dr telling you to go home and get your affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done all because you wouldn't quit the damned Cancer Sticks that thought stuck with me during those early weeks when I was having horrendous cravings back to back and they seemed never ending at times BUT I knew that I was going to get through those horrid rough patches and into this good in my quit because of all the reading that I did right here on this site it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it was DOABLE plus I wanted and still want the best quality of life that I can have so I can enjoy my family and friends I want to make great memories with the grandchildren that hopefully will be treasured long after I'm gone.......Keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON which is pure Freedom.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
