I've been very busy this morning I just put 13 loaves of white bread in the pans and I'm about ready to put 2 loaves of brown bread in pans along with a dozen rolls  I'm a glutten for punishment BUT it's a good day to get it done I've got potato salad and beans made so the brown bread will go good with that, it's a Civic holiday today so Mark stirred the white bread for me which is a great help I've got really bad osteoarthritis pretty much everywhere severe in my neck lower back and hands especially the thumbs so I really like to bake white bread when he's home we don't buy store bought bread at all. I tease our 10 year old grandson Mason once in awhile and tell him I'm going to start buying bread  if looks could kill ha ha ha, anyway I'm here and definitely Smokefree so this evening let's all of us here at Ex say YAY for another Day WON or maybe it's DAY ONE so you can say YAY for DAY WON with many more to come as difficult as quitting smoking can be thankfully it's also very Doable and totally worth it to be Free...... Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is the gift of LIFE which our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
