I'm so thankful that I finally wised up and bit the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life finding out that I have mild copd was probably the best thing that could of happened to me because it got me to realize that I'm not invincible and that if I didn't brighten up that I could die of cancer or some other smoking related illness and it most likely would be slow and painful so I went on line looking for help to quit smoking and I found this site back on the 22nd of June 2014 and on the 14th of July 2014 after tons of reading I became Smokefree, if you're reading this and are on the fence about quitting smoking it's time to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker and if you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON......I love being an Ex Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance N.M.W because Freedom Rocks BUT first you must go through all of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is BUT it does take time to get to that good place in your quit BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
