I am weary and very sore this morning I pushed myself yesterday getting the lawn mowed with a push gas mower for over two hours and then I put the first coat of stain on the cazebo Mark built for our patio area which took a few hours but we had a break in the humidity yesterday and I knew the heat warning was coming back today and over the wk end with thunderstorm chances all wk end with extremely high humidity so I was trying to get as much done as I could. Anyway I'm pooped so I'll only do what I have to today I posted H.A.L.T yesterday and I think I'll post it again because no matter where we are in our quits whether it's day ONE or ONE thousand and one we must take EXtra good care of ourselves so that we N.E.F - Never Ever Forget AND screw up a perfectly beautiful quit because relapsing isn't the answer N.M.W - No Matter What, our quits are firmly in our grasp and it's up to us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE.....

I prefer chocolate as my comfort  not the smokes because I don't do that anymore plus I know now that smoking was never a comfort BUT an annoyance that slowly kills I'm so glad that I found this site and am living a life of Freedom.

Mark is shelling peas  I'm going to H.A.L.T and  continue to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life and enjoy LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the yuckies (cigarettes) let's always take a deep breath and continue stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
