If you're willing determined and totally committed to succeed then you Will succeed even when the throes of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep get to you and you feel like screaming or if you're like I was in my early weeks of quitting smoking there were times I could've tore my hair out or rip someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter who's face but instead of giving up I kept persevering through those horrid rough patches because I knew from reading everything on this site that I would get through to that good place in my quit I wasn't sure when at the time  BUT I knew that I would and I did and so will you it's definetly not easy in those early weeks by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable and I really do smile at each DAY WON because after 40 yrs of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks of smoking at least 30 a day I'm Free and I think that's worth celebrating each and single day ...... As long as we all stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W. - No Matter What & We don't allow ourselves to become complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE instead let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because that would totally suck big time but another Day WON really is the best GIFT that we can give ourselves & our families PLUS our health family and friends BUT especially our lives  which will reap the benefits of Freedom ......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
