It's the 1st Hump Day of July and the day before your July 4th holiday I hope the weather will cooperate we had a chilly damp rainy Canada Day on Sunday but then again it was that way the whole trip BUT it was great just the same and being a non smoker I didn't have to be out in the icky weather sucking on a cancer stick like my one sister in law Linda who still smokes, she forgot and left the umbrella out on the deck after her smoke on the wk end and the wind picked it up and started to blow it away but we got it back  I fell on Sunday and landed on my right elbow and right knee ugh BUT luckily I didn't break anything although I'm scraped up and bruised, I'm on my way over to watch Mason. Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George and I want to wish everyone a a hasslefree Stressfree but most importantly Smokefree day and if you happen to be struggling with your quit journey please know that we're all here to help you in any way we can and after decades of smoking it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and know that you will get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes so please give yourself the time needed to get to that good place in your quit because it's totally worth it to be Free & anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is the gift of LIFE which I consider the one gift that will keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and by sticking with N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What then there's absolutely no way we can relapse or go back to to that horrid DAY ONE BUT instead we'll continue to move forward reaping the benefits of Freedom ONE precious Smokefree Day at a time....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
