Life has it's ups and downs that's for sure and after the last few weeks I'm thinking it's going to be the ups for awhile   my 15 year old grandson Adam came yesterday afternoon and spent the night he's still here stretched out on the couch ,I'm so glad that we're all on this quit journey together   I want to thank everyone for your well wishes yesterday on my 1800 splendiferous DOF and thank you jonimarie for your blog huge hug coming your way,  wow 1801 Smokefree days today and I'm just around the corner to 5 stupendous Smokefree years and I'm still counting! YAY for Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON. I remember only too well my early days and weeks of quitting smoking and how difficult it was at times BUT thankfully it's DOABLE I'm so thankful for this awesome community of friends and Fellow EXers and most definetly EXtended family that helped me through some horrid rough patches and into this good in my quit so if you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because it works when applied on a daily basis.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
