Good Tuesday morning everyone here at Ex, I wrote a blog last week Life happens whether we smoke or not! where my daughter Mandy was hacked and lost $7.500 out of her bank account YAY the bank is returning it! YAY I had a CT angiogram a couple of weeks ago on my carotid arteries which turned out ok except it showed shadows on my lymph nodes in my chest so I had a CT scan last Thursday and yesterday I saw my Dr. All the spots are beign YAY the scan showed a few other things that he's going to monitor but nothing life threatening so YAY! my Dr said he was quite concerned about the shadows and was very relieved and so am I PLUS I haven't seen any more bears in my yard YAY! We must not let LIFE get in the way of our precious quits because whatever is happening will happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is the gift of LIFE which I consider the one gift that will keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year 
I still smile at each and every Day WON.......
