when I found this site back in June of 2014 I was looking for help to quit smoking and there was something about this community that kept my attention so I read everything I could find about this horrid addiction I set up a quit date but I wasn't ready so I reset it for the 14th of July and promised myself the night before that N.M.W - No Matter What that I would never pick up another cigarette I don't break promises even to myself then for some reason once I started my quit I totally forgot about this site until my 18th day when I was having horrendous cravings back to back and they seemed never ending, I was ready to tear my hair out or rip someone's face off it didn't matter who's face! UGH I was ready to drive to the store and buy a carton of cigarettes SCREW just the pk BUT thankfully I remembered this site and got on line and commented on something I believe it was moody_9-18-13 that suggested that I write a blog and say a little about myself so I did  up to that point I was hiding in the shadows and hadn't let myself be known thankfully we can choose to stick with our precious quits it's not always easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it . The only way to be Smokefree is by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance because it works when applied on a daily basis if you do that then there's absolutely no way you can FAIL,  it's definitely going to take time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it once you get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an EX smoker non smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you stick with your quit journey .......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
