If you're reading this and are on the fence about quitting smoking or if you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time BUT you must believe it and you must be willing determined and totally committed to go through all of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an EXer, I'm headed for 5 precious Smokefree years in July and there's many folks here with way more years of Freedom and there's many here with less years and many here with days, weeks and months and maybe there's some here on DAY ONE that will turn into DAY WON with many more to come as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it because our lives literally depends on us to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What! Everyone has the choice to quit or NOT and for Me after smoking at least 30 smokes a day for 40 years I chose to quit after finding out that I have mild copd that's when I realized that I wasn't invincible and decided to bite the bullet and took back my life because I didn't want a Dr to tell me to go home and get my affairs in order that I waited too long there's nothing that can be done all because I wouldn't quit the damned Cancer Sticks, it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it was DOABLE our lives deserves for us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
