We have several EXers that's having rough times like our Nancy I'm sending up good thoughts and prayers for your appointment with the Dr today and I'm hoping Ellen isn't too bruised up and I'm sure there's more either going through physical or emotional issues BUT like Nancy and Ellen and so many others here they know that smoking isn't the answer EVER believe it or not it's actually much easier dealing with life on life's terms BUT first you have to get to that good place in your quit then you'll realize just how much better life is as an EXer so sticking with your precious quit journey is a must in order to live a Smokefree Life......
