Life can and will kick us in the teeth at times and catch us totally off guard that's why when it comes to quitting smoking it's imperative that we're as ready as possible for these curve balls because we know that LIFE happens vigilance guarantees us a Smokefree Life which is the gift of LIFE, My 10 year old grandson Mason came over yesterday afternoon and spent the night both his parents are working today so is my hubby, Mason is still sleeping I'm watching him after school each day which we're both enjoying I have to admit that I get tired BUT it's a good tired, have a great Easter Monday.....

Crank up the music and breathe in some relaxation or find a comedy on TV or YouTube because laughing and or music are great distractions ......
