It was 27 when I got up BUT it's suppose to get up to at least 50 degrees by this afternoon YAY YAY and YAY again I was outside for awhile yesterday the temp made it to 47 BUT felt much warmer with the Sun's power, Mark's tomato plants are doing pretty good and hopefully within a month will be able to go out to the greenhouse. No Matter the weather or anything else that's happening in our lives we must keep  our quits Front And Center because no matter where we are in our quits we MUST NOT allow ourselves to become complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! I find the change of Seasons especially from Winter to Spring for me at least can get the old smoking receptors  rolling around and working overtime aaah come on just one won't hurt it's a gorgeous sunshiny day, that thought rolled through my brain several times yesterday  I woke up around 4 this morning and for just for a split second I thought I JUST smoked a cigarette!!!!!!!!!  Whew it was a just a horrid Smokemare. All of us that's living a life of Freedom must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because none of us has to ever go back  there ever again as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E AND VIGILANCE which guarantees us a Smokefree Life which is definetly the gift of LIFE...... I still smile at each and every Day WON   I plan on remaining vigilant and come July I'll be celebrating  5 stupendous years of Smokefree living.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
