I pretty much say the same thing day after day BUT that's because I want everyone to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently and EXperience the Freedom that comes from living a Smokefree Life, I don't want anyone to struggle for a few days or a few weeks and throw their hands up in the air and relapse because they think they can't handle the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep BUT as difficult as it can be in those early weeks you can make it through to that good place in your quit BUT unfortunately there's No Shortcut You Must Be Willing To go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs so you can come out the other side smiling & then you'll realize just how much better life is as an EXer & you'll never ever want to go back to to the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison. I want everyone to know that there's life after Cigarettes & it's super fantastic BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - N.M.W. - No Matter What & keep them away from your face & the only way out is through, I learned these Mantras here & there's so many more BUT the bottom line is in order to live a Smokefree Life you must stick with your quit journey & we're all here to help you in any way we can ...... I don't any of us to become complacent & go back to another Day ONE which would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE, keep choosing Freedom over the death Sticks....

We had a chilly start to the day at 28 degrees but the sun is shining and we might actually get up to the mid 40s today BUT with the Sun's power it'll feel alot warmer it sure beats this Winter pic I'm posting Lol which is just about what it looked like yesterday  There's always a positive in every negative situation.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
