It's a snowy morning!

It's snowing but it's going to warm up and switch over to rain   YAY I'm so ready for Spring BUT I won't be smoking over it or anything else that's happening in life we've all got lots of ups and downs and some of us have more downs then ups at times BUT thankfully we can choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and not let anything interfere with our precious quits, we must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE and our lives deserves the very best that life has to offer and kicking the damned Cancer Sticks to the curb permanently guarantees us a lifetime of Freedom. Mason wanted to stay again last night so of course Gramp & I said yes he's been up for awhile now he woke up in great humor but he's a morning person anyway he's been joking around and being silly and had us laughing our heads off   since we quit smoking we can laugh without coughing and choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both there's nothing BUT positives when it comes to quitting smoking let's enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
