Share your quitting journey
It was quite the Noreaster yesterday lots of snow and wind in my region Ugh living in the snowbelt can and does suck big time at times especially when it's supposed to be Spring time, this morning it's sunny but the wind is howling BUT hey there's nothing that I can do about the weather I'm just thankful that after 40 yrs of smoking that I finally wised up and I'm not outside freezing my butt and fingers off because I think I need that fix NO WAY NOT ANYMORE BECAUSE I DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE! Thankfully with the right Mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends but especially our lives which literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE , I'm so happy that I bit the bullet and took back my life from the clutches of the damned Cancer Sticks if you haven't quit yet Now is the time to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker OR if you're in the throes of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep please keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON please know that we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you must LET us know by blogging HELP then we'll be able to help you through it as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and N.O.P.E and vigilance then we're guaranteed a life of Freedom......
