Sticking with N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance works when applied on a daily basis it doesn't matter where we are in our quits whether we are in the throes of the horrendous cravings and moodswings or whether we're on day 2,000 or whatever, we need to keep our guard up so we don't become complacent and lose the best GIFT that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT of LIFE which I consider the ONE GIFT that'll keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and it's vital to our quality of life because breathing is essential to living and it's up to us to nurture and protect our quits N.M.W......

Happiness for me this morning is being able to get out of bed without an over abundance of pain and looking out the window and seeing blue skies instead of seeing dark dank rainy skys plus the snow banks are finally melting away so hopefully in a couple of days they'll be completely gone plus happiness is looking at my quit smoking stats and seeing that I'm on 1,750 splendiferous DOF - Days Of Freedom and counting, I want to thank everyone in this wonderful community which deserves so much credit and respect for helping me through those  horrendous cravings and moodswings to that beautiful AHA MOMENT where I realized how much better life is as an EXer, quitting smoking is definitely the wisest decision that I'll ever make or any of us will ever make in our lifetime and it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE......

It takes committment, perservence and the willingness plus time to relearn life without the smokes BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE! Our lives literally depends on us to stick with our quits N.M.W. - No Matter What .......

(: Morning :)

Posted by Marilyn.H.July.14.14. Apr 27, 2019

It's another dark dank dreary drizzly day, actually we're under a rainfall warning there's lots of flooding all around me but I'm fine where I am, it's such a shame the Province up river from me in Montreal is in a state of emergency and below me here in N.B. isn't in Mandatory evacuation yet but they're in Voluntary UGH, I'm going out with my three sister in laws in a little while to check out a few inside yardsales and have a lunch out. It's a good thing we won't melt with all of the rain   BUT I don't think any of us are overly sweet   only one of my sister in law's  smokes BUT not in the car, she'll have to find places to duck under whenever we stop to have that drag that she'll be craving I've told her all about this site hummmm maybe someday soon she'll join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker she'll be 71 on the 10th of September anyway I better go get ready I'm getting picked up in about 40 minutes and I'm still in my PJ's.

Hummmmmm I'm having a brain fart this morning so I'll wish each and everyone here at Ex the best day possible Smokefree of course  I've got to get ready for an appointment so I'll touch base later......

once we've made the decision to bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison then we need to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What is happening in our lives we have a choice to relapse or to continue living a life of Freedom and perservere through the roller coaster ups and downs until we reach that good place in our quit, it definitely takes time to relearn life without the smokes BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it! If anyone asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!! Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends BUT especially our lives ..... My hubby Mark is celebrating 5 glorious Smokefree years today after 42 years of slavery YAY Mark I'll have 5 years come July after 40 yrs of smoking and I will be celebrating as long as I always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking! We must not let ourselves become lazy and complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE. ......

I was planning on a ME DAY until Mason gets off the bus BUT my 92 year old mother in law just called me to see if I could take her to do her errands so I better go get ready to do that ,it's been a busy week plus it's been dank dark dreary drizzly weather all week, we've had lots of rain with more to come BUT hey I'm Smokefree and smoking isn't even a blimp on my Radar because I don't do that anymore. .......

We have several EXers that's having rough times like our Nancy I'm sending up good thoughts and prayers for your appointment with the Dr today and I'm hoping Ellen isn't too bruised up and I'm sure there's more either going through physical or emotional issues BUT like Nancy and Ellen and so many others here they know that smoking isn't the answer EVER believe it or not it's actually much easier dealing with life on life's terms BUT first you have to get to that good place in your quit then you'll realize just how much better life is as an EXer so sticking with your precious quit journey is a must in order to live a Smokefree Life...... Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George and I want to wish you the best day possible Smokefree of course......

I certainly wasn't smiling in my early weeks of my quit  if I'm remembering correctly which I'm pretty sure I am  no one came around me not even my kids because they'd been around me in my half dozen or so half assed failed attempts at quitting smoking in the past and knew that I'd most likely be quite b#tchy & not fit to be around    so they stayed away EXcept to drop off the grandchildren because they were my one bright spot in my life & could make me smile no matter how bad the withdrawals and moodswings were    the grandchildren were & and still are & always will be my incentive to live a Smokefree Life because enjoying the little things in life totally rocks and I knew way back in my early weeks of quitting smoking that I'd make it through because of everything that I read here and the mantras I've learned from this community like keep them away from your face and the only way out is through plus N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance & S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option, No Matter how difficult it is in those early weeks thankfully quitting smoking and remaining quit is absolutely DOABLE so stick with your quit journey - N.M.W. - No Matter What so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON ...... Once you've reached the point where you realize how much better life is as an EX smoker non smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE.......

Life can and will kick us in the teeth at times and catch us totally off guard that's why when it comes to quitting smoking it's imperative that we're as ready as possible for these curve balls because we know that LIFE happens vigilance guarantees us a Smokefree Life which is the gift of LIFE, My 10 year old grandson Mason came over yesterday afternoon and spent the night both his parents are working today so is my hubby, Mason is still sleeping I'm watching him after school each day which we're both enjoying I have to admit that I get tired BUT it's a good tired, have a great Easter Monday.....

Remember we're all on this quit journey together so if you're in a rough patch blog HELP so we talk you through it. ....

Keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON .....

Crank up the music and breathe in some relaxation or find a comedy on TV or YouTube because laughing and or music are great distractions ......

I'm wishing everyone a wonderful Easter no matter what struggles we may be enduring in our lives we are blessed and we must choose to stick with our quits N.M.W. Our lives literally depends on us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and by quitting smoking and remaining quit we'll hopefully be around a little longer and hopefully with a much better quality of living so we can enjoy the little things in life that's actually the big things in life which is sooooooo much better than the yuckies ( cigarettes ) if you're struggling with remaining quit deep breaths, chin up and believe in yourself because you can and will get through the roller coaster ups and downs and get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes BUT you must believe it and stick with your quit journey and we're all here to help you in any way we can we are all here rooting for you because we know through EXperience that as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's also very Doable and totally worth it to be Free......

This bottom pin is for anyone hunting Easter eggs this morning   hubby went to our church for 6 o'clock to help cook Easter breakfast for our community breakfast which starts at 8 I usually just go to the church service that starts at 9:30 on  Easter normally service is at 11 o'clock ....... I'm going to get a few things ready for our Easter dinner before church to make things a little easier for later, huge hugs to each of you this rainy Easter morning .......

Thankfully we can make the choice to live life on life's terms without the crutch of cigarettes and thankfully even though it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT thankfully it's absolutely DOABLE BUT we must be willing determined and totally committed to succeed THEN we will be living a life of Freedom BUT it's an individual's choice to make the committment to perservence through the roller coaster ups and downs into that good place in their quit journey......

Choosing to take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison and choosing to stick with our quits N.M.W isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks BUT with commitment and perseverance it's absolutely Doable and boy oh boy it's so worth it to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the disgusting cancer sticks it's one heck of a good feeling when you finally reach that good place in your quit so as long as you stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way you can FAIL and remember if you're struggling please let us know by blogging Help so we'll be able Tory and help you through it, as difficult as quitting smoking can be you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time, deep breaths and keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON.....

There's so much to be thankful for especially with Easter being upon us which reminds me of how blessed we are & how much we really do have to be grateful for, so let's be EXtra Vigilant & nurture & protect our precious quits over this long weekend & continue stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom, It's a choice to relapse or not & choosing to stick with N.O.P.E & vigilance is a GIFT that'll keep on giving day after day week after week month after month & Lord willing year after year, our lives literally depends on us to stick with our quits - N.M.W - No Matter What & thankfully it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free......

For anyone hunting Easter eggs come Sunday morning .......

The last couple of weeks or so I've pushed myself to get a few EXtra things done around the house and do some EXtra baking for Mark like brown bread, he's home for lunch pretty much every day I try to fix him good lunches BUT lately I've had to dig really deep to find that Umph BUT I'll get through it because it's just like quitting smoking with the right Mindset I will triumph......

I know that I pretty much repeat myself on a daily basis hummm!  That's kinda like quitting smoking isn't it? Because in order to live a Smokefree Life we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W. - No Matter What & we have to choose to do it on a daily basis then there's absolutely no way any of us will ever Fail PLUS our lives are worth so much more than the damned Cancer Sticks PLUS we're also giving ourselves the gift of LIFE so we can enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE ...... PLUS none of us Want want to hear of someone telling us that a Dr told them to go home and get their  affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done for them!!!! Our LIVES deserve for us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us .......

Once we decide to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what we call it as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance which guarantees us a Smokefree Life, I do remember how difficult it was in my early days and weeks BUT thankfully it's also Doable PLUS our lives are much more important than the damned Cancer Sticks so Relapsing isn't an option N.M.W. - No Matter What...... keep choosing Freedom......

The temps made it up to 19 °Celcius yesterday or 66°F and YAY it might even get a little warmer today YAY It's been a very long Winter the first snow came in Oct and pretty much stayed it was either freezing or storming BUT YAY Spring has actually Sprung and the snow and the mixed bag of weather predicted tomorrow is supposed to change over to a heavy rainfall warning by the afternoon which is definitely going to cause some ice jams and flooding BUT hopefully not as bad as last year I'm so glad that I finally wised up and quit smoking because handling life on life's terms is sooooo much easier NOW BUT in those first few weeks and months of my quit I thought WOW! Will I ever get to that point where I realize how much better life is as an EXer? BUT I did somewhere around the third month of my quit that I had my AHA MOMENT!  Everyone is different so that realization will vary from EXer to EXer BUT by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance it'll happen if it hasn't happened already because the longer we're quit the easier it gets FREEDOM ROCKS! YAY FOR EACH AND EVERY DAY WON......

It really does get easier and easier with time under our belts and life definitely gets better and better without the crutch of cigarettes BUT if you're in the throes of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep THEN it's pretty hard to believe that you'll ever get through the roller coaster ups and downs to that point where you realize how much better life is as an EX smoker, non smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you stick with your quit journey because you can and will get to that good place in your quit, believe it deep breaths and keep moving forward so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON.......I smoked for 40 years of at least 30 smokes a day with a half dozen half assed attempts at quitting smoking I used to think that I'd be buried with a Cigarette in my mouth BUT once I found out that I have mild copd that's when I realized that I wasn't invincible and decided to bite the bullet and took back my life and thanks to this awesome community and all of the wonderful folks here who helped me to realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes I'm on day 1,734  and still smiling   because I know that with commitment and perseverance that living a Smokefree Life is absolutely Doable and super fantastic.....

It was 27 when I got up BUT it's suppose to get up to at least 50 degrees by this afternoon YAY YAY and YAY again I was outside for awhile yesterday the temp made it to 47 BUT felt much warmer with the Sun's power, Mark's tomato plants are doing pretty good and hopefully within a month will be able to go out to the greenhouse. No Matter the weather or anything else that's happening in our lives we must keep  our quits Front And Center because no matter where we are in our quits we MUST NOT allow ourselves to become complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! I find the change of Seasons especially from Winter to Spring for me at least can get the old smoking receptors  rolling around and working overtime aaah come on just one won't hurt it's a gorgeous sunshiny day, that thought rolled through my brain several times yesterday  I woke up around 4 this morning and for just for a split second I thought I JUST smoked a cigarette!!!!!!!!!  Whew it was a just a horrid Smokemare. All of us that's living a life of Freedom must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because none of us has to ever go back  there ever again as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E AND VIGILANCE which guarantees us a Smokefree Life which is definetly the gift of LIFE...... I still smile at each and every Day WON   I plan on remaining vigilant and come July I'll be celebrating  5 stupendous years of Smokefree living.......

I pretty much say the same thing day after day BUT that's because I want everyone to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently and EXperience the Freedom that comes from living a Smokefree Life, I don't want anyone to struggle for a few days or a few weeks and throw their hands up in the air and relapse because they think they can't handle the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep BUT as difficult as it can be in those early weeks you can make it through to that good place in your quit BUT unfortunately there's No Shortcut You Must Be Willing To go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs so you can come out the other side smiling & then you'll realize just how much better life is as an EXer & you'll never ever want to go back to to the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison. I want everyone to know that there's life after Cigarettes & it's super fantastic BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - N.M.W. - No Matter What & keep them away from your face & the only way out is through, I learned these Mantras here & there's so many more BUT the bottom line is in order to live a Smokefree Life you must stick with your quit journey & we're all here to help you in any way we can ...... I don't any of us to become complacent & go back to another Day ONE which would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE, keep choosing Freedom over the death Sticks....

We had a chilly start to the day at 28 degrees but the sun is shining and we might actually get up to the mid 40s today BUT with the Sun's power it'll feel alot warmer it sure beats this Winter pic I'm posting Lol which is just about what it looked like yesterday  There's always a positive in every negative situation.....

It's been a long Winter with the white crap arriving the end of October and staying  if it wasn't snowing it's been freezing BUT finally Mother Nature is sending Spring to all of us that's still living in a Winter Wonderland YAY for Spring and a Double YAY for being Smokefree let's make it a Triple YAY for each of you on this stupendous quit journey whether you're on day one or day one hundred or one thousand or two thousand it really doesn't matter where you are in your quit as long as you stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because sticking with N.O.P.E - N.M.W. - No Matter What - guarantees a lifetime of Freedom   our buddy our pal our friend our Hump Day Camel George says let's do a quadruple YAY for each and every Day WON because LIFE is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand..... if you're not in that good place in your quit yet please keep moving forward because you will get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes I don't know when BUT it's going to happen so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE......

Quitting smoking is worth all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an EX smoker, non smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you stick with your quit journey, in the throes of some horrific back to back craves in my early weeks of my quit I remember thinking to myself and most likely I was talking out loud to myself saying what do you Expect after 40 yrs of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks? That thought helped me alot because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around the smokes so of course it's going take time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes BUT boy oh boy it's 100 % worth it, with commitment and perseverance you will get to that good place in your quit, believe it deep breaths and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because our lives are worth so much more than the damned Cancer Sticks .....

I remember very vividly the early days and weeks of my quit and I remember how horrendous some of the cravings were that seemed never ending they were coming back to back and there were times that I wanted to scream BUT I'd blatt  like a baby instead and they're were times I felt like tearing my hair out BUT I didn't and there were times that I felt like ripping someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter who's face BUT I didn't  because thankfully I had and still have this awesome community. I found this site the 22nd of June 2014 and read everything I could find about this horrid addiction and set up a quit date BUT I wasn't ready so I reset it and then for some reason I totally forgot about this site until my 18th day when I was going to drive to the store and buy a carton of cigarettes SCREW just the pk BUT thankfully I remembered this site and got on line and commented on something and many EXers helped me through that time and many other horrid craves I'm so glad that I remembered  because up until that point I was hiding in the shadows and hadn't let myself be known BUT now I'm kinda a permanent fixture   if you hit a rough patch blog HELP let us help you through it so you can keep moving forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON. ....

It's snowing but it's going to warm up and switch over to rain   YAY I'm so ready for Spring BUT I won't be smoking over it or anything else that's happening in life we've all got lots of ups and downs and some of us have more downs then ups at times BUT thankfully we can choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and not let anything interfere with our precious quits, we must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE and our lives deserves the very best that life has to offer and kicking the damned Cancer Sticks to the curb permanently guarantees us a lifetime of Freedom. Mason wanted to stay again last night so of course Gramp & I said yes he's been up for awhile now he woke up in great humor but he's a morning person anyway he's been joking around and being silly and had us laughing our heads off   since we quit smoking we can laugh without coughing and choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both there's nothing BUT positives when it comes to quitting smoking let's enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE.......

Getting through the rough patches and into that good place in your quit takes time and effort BUT with commitment and perseverance you will succeed, deep breaths and keep moving forward and stacking up your precious DOF - Days of Freedom so as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's also Doable & with the right Mindset you will choose to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff - because Smokefree living is the LIFE worth choosing every day N.M.W. - No Matter What - I still smile  at each and every Day WON....

Today is a PD day so my youngest grandson Mason came over last night to spend the night he's still sleeping this morning, he just turned 10 the 25th of March    wowser my husband Mark will have 5 years of Smokefree living on the 25th of April, he smoked for 42 years and like alot of us quit for his health and all of the hacking, coughing, choking and nearly horking up a lung stopped very shortly into his quit I'll have to take him out for Pizza Delight to celebrate his splendiferous milestone and he'll have to take me out on the 14th of July to celebrate my 5 year milestone .   I absolutely love CELEBRATING MILESTONES, f you're reading this and you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time believe it deep breaths and know that we're all here to help you in any way we can, if you asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!!!! BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!! Once we stop and think about how many decades upon decades we smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free and besides anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is definitely the best decision that anyone will ever make in our lifetime I consider quitting smoking the gift of LIFE   which keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year, remaining quit is vital to our quality of living because breathing is essential to LIFE our lives count on us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us & it's great to be able to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life  Mason is up so I'll say good morning to him and get him some breakfast...... Happy Smokefree Friday everyone .......

It was quite the Noreaster yesterday lots of snow and wind in my region Ugh living in the snowbelt can and does suck big time at times especially when it's supposed to be Spring time, this morning it's sunny but the wind is howling BUT hey there's nothing that I can do about the weather I'm just thankful that after 40 yrs of smoking that I finally wised up and I'm not outside freezing my butt and fingers off because I think I need that fix NO WAY NOT ANYMORE BECAUSE I DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE! Thankfully with the right Mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends but especially our lives which literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE , I'm so happy that I bit the bullet and took back my life from the clutches of the damned Cancer Sticks if you haven't quit yet Now is the time to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker OR if you're in the throes of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep please keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON please know that we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you must LET us know by blogging HELP then we'll be able to help you through it as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and  N.O.P.E and vigilance then we're guaranteed a life of Freedom......

Once we decide to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what we call it as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E - and vigilance then we're guaranteed a life of Freedom which is the gift of LIFE......

if you haven't reached the that good place in your quit yet where you realize how much better life is as an EXer then please keep moving forward stacking up your precious Days of Freedom - Days Of Freedom - it does take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free.....

I'm so glad that I finally wised up and quit the disgusting yuckies ( cigarettes) I used to think that I'd never quit smoking that I'd probably be buried with a Cigarette in my mouth I don't believe that I really wanted to quit or maybe I just thought I couldn't since I tried several times and failed miserably BUT now I know that they were just half assed attempts at quitting smoking other wise I'd have a decade or so under my belt NOW, we all have our reasons for taking back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison mine was finding out that I have mild copd which made me realize that I'm not invincible that I could end up on oxygen 7/24 or worse smoking kills and it doesn't matter who you are or where you live it's bound to catch up with you through Cancer, copd or something else that's most likely smoking related, I didn't want some Dr telling me to go home and get my affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done all because I waited to long to quit I wasn't going to have my family especially the grandchildren watching me fight for every breath so I  decided my life was worth way more than the damned Cancer Sticks . If you were to ask me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!!! BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!! As difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable!!!!!

Good Monday morning everyone it's  almost 10:30 Atlantic time, I've been up since 6:30 swilling coffee which isn't kicking in this morning BUT I do have a crockpot of beans on and brown bread rising I'm out of sorts this morning BUT that's A OK that's life and the good thing is I know that life happens whether we smoke or not and I know that I'll get out of this funk much faster since I don't smoke anymore because I know just how much better life is as an EX smoker non smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what I call it as long as I stick with my precious quit journey EACH and everyone here at Ex needs to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees us a lifetime of Freedom because relapsing isn't the answer because whatever is going to happen will happen whether we smoke or Not, we must look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and by quitting smoking and sticking with it - N.M.W. - No Matter What will hopefully give us a few EXtra years of a much better quality of living so we can enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE ......
