Thankfully as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's also absolutely Doable as long as we're willing determined and committed to succeed and with perservence we can and will get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where we realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes...... my daughter got a new part time job so my youngest grandson Mason will be getting off the bus here, yesterday was her first day so Mason spent the night because today is a PD day he just woke up so I snapped a picture, he'll be 10 years old on Monday wowser it's my son's 36th birthday today he quit smoking 5 years ago in January my husband Mark will have 5 years in April and I'll have have 5 years of Smokefree living on the 14th of July,  I'm so glad that as difficult as quitting smoking can be that it's also Doable...... if someone were to ask me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if I was asked if quitting smoking was worth it?  I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
