Share your quitting journey
February has been quite the rollercoaster ride BUT March is usually pretty b#tchy too although thankfully just like quitting smoking there's going to be several good days in between the bad ones and I'll take them because I know much better days are coming it may take awhile BUT it's going to be worth it all when Mother Nature decides it's time for Spring to arrive so in the meantime just like quitting smoking I'll keep my mind as well as my hands occupied I was up at 6 this morning and got a big batch of bread on that'll keep me occupied for a good junk of the day enjoy another Day WON my friends because our quits are a GIFT we've given to ourselves and - N.M.W - No Matter What is happening in life we must realize that our Freedom from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison is precious so let's - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because they SUCKED BIG TIME so let's treasure our quits and not become complacent let's CELEBRATE each and every Day WON....
