I never thought in a million years that I'd ever quit smoking let alone wanting to stick with it I used to joke about being buried with a Cigarette stuck in my mouth BUT that was long before I found out that I have mild copd that's when I realized that WOW I'm not invincible and found this site did the reading and decided to bite the bullet and take back my life after 40 yrs of smoking roughly 30 smokes a day with at least a half dozen half assed failed attempts at quitting smoking I know now I only half heartedly put the effort into quitting  otherwise one of those half dozen attempts would have stuck BUT this quit journey stuck with the help of this community   there's definetly Life after Cigarettes BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees you a Smokefree Life......

  There's also Spring after Winter right!    I'm loving each and every Day WON    no matter the Weather or anything that's happening in life because Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand .
