It's going to be another gorgeous sunshiny day it's 10°F this morning I'm hoping it'll get up to 31 degrees like yesterday it was a great day to get outside to get some fresh air Mark cleaned the roof of the shop off for the second time this Winter and tried to push the banks back with the Super M tractor, we are sooooooo ready for Spring  but it'll get here when it gets here I'm secure in my quit so therefore the weather or anything else that's happening won't screw up my perfectly beautiful quit relapsing isn't even a blimp on my Radar because I don't do anymore as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way any of us can FAIL besides Living LIFE on LIFE'S Terms is awesome BUT if you happen to be struggling with remaining quit please keep moving forward stacking up your precious Days of Freedom because once you get to that good place in your quit you'll be sooooooo glad that you stuck with your precious quit journey......

The top pic is from the front yard and the other pics are the shop and the back of the house in the back yard our 15 year old Samantha Digger Jane Hartley is in her run watching Mark shoveling the shop roof off, Mark will have 5 years of Smokefree living on the 25th of April and on the 14th of July I'll be celebrating 5 glorious years of Freedom as long as I or any of us - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking so let's never ever let ourselves become lazy and complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE   Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand ! Let's say YAY for each and every Day WON. .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
