If you're reading this and you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time stay close and read everything you can about quitting smoking because there's a wealth of information right here on this site to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE which I consider the one gift that'll keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year it's vital to our quality of LIFE which was my main reason for my quit because breathing is essential to living and I didn't want to end up on oxygen 7/24 and have my family watch me fight for every breath plus I decided I wanted to be around to enjoy LIFE on LIFE'S Terms with the family but especially the grandchildren so I can make memories so hopefully someday when I'm gone they'll be able to look back and smile as difficult as it was for me in those early weeks with the help of this community I made it through and so can everyone because with the right Mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds and by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's just no way you can FAIL! It's definetly going to take time to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an EXer BUT you must believe it and stick with your quit so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
