I love celebrating Milestones whether you're entering the DDC - Double Digit Club which is hitting the 10 days of Smokefree living and counting or reaching 30 glorious DOF - Days Of Freedom or your entry into the TDC - Triple Digit Club which is 100 stupendous DOF or the Quad Squad of 1,000 precious days or the Double Quads 2,000 or anything in between no matter where we are in our quits we need to celebrate our Freedom and we sure as HELL don't want to become complacent and take our quits for granted I never want to forget I don't any of you to forget those early days and weeks so let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - DAY ONE because going back would totally suck big time but another Day WON is totally super fantastic ....... We must stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees us a Smokefree Life and if we stick with our quits then there's no way we can FAIL......

It's been one of those mornings ugh  I'm sure you know what I mean I feel like I've been on a 3 week drunk and chainsmoking Grrrrr my head feels like it's going to EXplode   BUT realistically I know it won't so hey it's just one of those days so I'll get my day started late so what right! Oh by the way I'm actually a recovering alcoholic and I'll be celebrating 8 years of sobriety on the 14th of February   and I've got a little over 4 and half years of Smokefree living too and with commitment to my quits I'll never be go backwards only forward for me and forwards for each of you in your quit journeys because only Days WON will do ..........

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
