I did a double take checking the temp outside this morning -25°C or -12°F now that's cold I know there's different regions that's even colder BUT brrrrrrr it's nice and toasty inside now that my hubby filled the wood furnace before he went to work so I'll be keeping that filled, I'm just glad that I don't need to be standing outside in these frigid temperatures freezing my butt off & my fingers trying to suck on a cancer stick coughing choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I think I need that fix BUT in reality once we've made up our minds to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently we can do it and we can be Free it's definetly not easy in those early days and weeks BUT it's absolutely Doable and with N.O.P.E and vigilance there's just no way we can Fail, I'll have five years Smokefree in July I alwayswant to remember and N.E.F  - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE because going back just isn't an option BUT continuing to stack up those precious DOF - Days Of Freedom is totally super fantastic   I still smile each evening at each and every Day WON because after 40 yrs of smoking roughly 30 smokes a day & at least a half dozen failed attempts at quitting smoking BUT thankfully I found this site and with the help of this community I am living a life of Freedom and so can everyone because with the right Mindset you can do just about anything you put your minds to is quitting smoking easy? HELL NO!!!!! BUT is Quitting smoking worth it? HELL YES!!!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
