I know that it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination especially in those early weeks of quitting smoking because I've been there in the throes of some mighty powerful cravings that seemed never ending BUT I made it through without ripping anyone's face off or tearing my hair out strand by strand, I give this community of awesome folks much of the credit because I'd come on line during those horrid times there was always someone to talk me down and with all of the reading that was suggested here which I read over and again helped tremendously along with the mantras which I used on a daily basis like N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - N.M.W - No Matter What & N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE plus keep them away from your face and the only way out is through & as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely DOABLE plus there's so many more than I've learned here from everyone as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way we can FAIL & I know now that I've been in that good place in my quit for quite some time now that all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep was & is absolutely worth it to be Free because I know now how much better life is as an EXer & that Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT you must believe it and stick with your quit....
