I remember my early days and weeks of quitting smoking and how horrendous and never ending some of my cravings were BUT I also knew that I was going to get through them because of all the reading that I did right here on this site about quitting smoking and remaining quit plus all of you also helped  talk me through many rough patches, the mantras I've learned from this community helped as well N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance because - S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - N.M.W. - No Matter What plus keep them away from your face and the only way out is through plus once we've been quit for awhile let's always remember and N.E.F -  that horrid Dua ONE  because going back would totally suck big time but another Day WON is totally super fantastic. Quitting smoking is a choice I decided to bite the bullet and take back my life after 40 yrs of smoking with at least a half dozen failed attempts under my belt and smoking roughly 30 smokes a day but I finally wised up and thankfully found this site and I found the UMPH and and I'm living my Forever quit so if you're on the fence about quitting smoking or if you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close and know that you can and will be successful, deep breaths and believe it because it's definetly Doable difficult YES BUT DOABLE and absolutely worth it to be Free.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
