I am EXtremely happy that I'm not standing outside in these frigid temperatures freezing my butt off and my fingers off because wearing gloves interfered with holding the smoke and possibly burning the gloves so I chose not to wear them and stood outside in all kinds of weather nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I thought I needed that damned Cancer Stick BUT NOT ANYMORE & Neither does ANYONE, quitting smoking is is a CHOICE and once a person realizes that and is willing determined and totally committed to succeed then they'll have the right mindset and can educate themselves on this horrid addiction by reading everything they can find right here on this site because it'll strengthen a person's resolve to pick a quit date and start their DAY ONE so at the end of the day they'll be able to say YAY for Day WON with many more to come it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free here's a picture of this morning brrrrrrrrr at -5 °F BUT I'm inside nice and toasty not outside freezing my butt off ...... I say YAY for Smokefree living and yay for each and every Day WON.....
Here's poor George our Hump Day Camel freezing his Hump off.......
