I never thought in a million years that I'd ever quit smoking I used to joke about being buried with a Cigarette in my mouth BUT then reality kicked in when I found out that I have mild copd that's when I realized that I wasn't invincible and found this site and to make a long story short I'm Smokefree and I'm loving it, if you asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'd be saying HELL NO!!!!  BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!! Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life .......
