My buddy, my pal, my non smoking friend George the Hump Day Camel and I would like to wish everyone a hasslefree Stressfree but most importantly a Smokefree day, I like thinking back to my smoking days sometimes especially mornings like today where I had to fast 12 hours for bloodwork wowser it used to be such a big deal for me not to be able to have my normal 4 or 5 coffee with my 5 or 6 cigarettes because it seemed to take me such a long time to wake up enough to function I'd still chainsmoke the 30 minute drive to the hospital in a brain fog BUT now it's no big deal I can function just fine without the coffee although I love my coffee so I always take a thermos full with me so I can enjoy a cup on the way home there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's ours for the taking BUT we have to work for it anything in this life worth having takes time and effort we must believe in ourselves and be willing determined and totally committed to succeed then we can and will be successful it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free I celebrated my 4 year milestone back in July on the 14th or if I go by my clock count I believe it's 1577 precious Smokefree days or something like that BUT it really doesn't matter where you are in your quit as long as you stick with it and continue to move forward stacking up your DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON because our lives literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
