October has bit the dust and November is upon us already my Dad's birthday is Nov 5th he'll be 82 and he's doing great my older sister Cheryl will be 60 on the 10th my hubby Mark will be 61 on the 24th and then little old me will be 59 a couple of days after that I'm really hoping to enjoy many more birthdays since I'm not sucking on cancer sticks anymore as difficult as it was in those early weeks it was DOABLE and this awesome community helped me through those horrid rough patches if you're reading this and you're struggling stay close and blog HELP so we can help you through it, all of our lives literally depends on us to quit smoking and nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE...... I had a good time going out with Mandy and Mason last night.
