My little sister Marion seen the oncologist yesterday and her tests came back negative for cancer she's got another test to do get a second negative then she'll only have to take the HRT'S for five years the Dr said don't worry she's sure it'll also be negative she'll find out for sure in November she had the mastectomy in case she needed chemo and radiation chemo is done in our local hospital but radiation would be almost three hrs away and although she just turned 55 today her health isn't very good and that drive would be too much . On the 13th of February she'll have 8 years in since she quit smoking which was the best decision she ever made it's the best decision that any of us will ever make and it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and soooooo much better than waiting until we've developed a life threatening illnessthat's most likely smoking related I quit smoking 1,562 glorious days ago for my health and I'm sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance and so can everyone that's quit because as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance than that guarantees us a Smokefree Life and it's super fantastic so if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go because it'll get easier and easier with time under your belt. ......
