My daughter Mandy and hubby Jason and our Mason are heading off on a three hour drive for an overnighter in Moncton the Hub City of New Brunswick 
about a month ago Mandy called me to tell me to clear my schedule for the 12th of October because she is taking me to the Gerry Seinfeld show which is going to be an early birthday present with a fancy hotel room and a swimming pool with a huge slide which Mason will love so after this morning I won't be back on site until late tomorrow afternoon or evening I'm not taking my tablet, Mandy and Jason both smoke BUT I Don't because I don't do that anymore, I'll be keeping them away from my face and all of you can and Lord willing will also keep them away from your face and if you're struggling please remember that the only way out is through but boy oh boy it's so worth it so chin up and keep stacking up those precious DOF and once we've been quit for awhile let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally ruin a perfectly beautiful quit UGH for another DAY ONE BUT YAY for each and every Day WON which Rocks and please H.A.L.T - HUNGRY ANGRY LONELY TIRED, we must look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us our quits must be our # 1 priority I know I'm still Exhausted so I will be EXtra Vigilant while enjoying my time away.
