Once you Decide to quit Smoking it helps tremendously to Educate yourself so by reading everything you can about this horrid addiction it'll get you to believe in yourself you'll realize that you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time, D.E.B.S. - Decide Educate Believe Succeed. Getting through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit is definetly difficult to say the least but it's also very Doable and totally worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick, sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance will guarantee you a LIFE of Freedom I'm missing you deena-a-yenni‌ let me know that you're okay .......

I'm hoping my sister Marion can get her drainage tubes out today from her mastectomy which was last  Wednesday on day surgery I've been here since Tuesday so I'm ready for my home she's doing great but she can't do the drainage cap herself  her hands are bad so if they can't come out today we're hoping the extra mural nurse can come do it so I can go home and give my hubby Mark a break, he's working a full time job plus cooking his own meals and doing dishes and laundry and cleaning our dog Sam's run poor guy he told me to do what what I need to do BUT it's time to go home, Smoking Is Not An Option - N.M.W - No Matter What - Sticking with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance works when applied on a daily basis because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option and as Dale says keep them away from your face and the only way out is through and I say boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free so hang tough and keep moving forward and stacking up your precious D.O.F. - Days of Freedom there's definetly Life after Cigarettes BUT you must believe it so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE ....
