My little sister went to bed at 7 last night and got up at 2 this morning I got up just before 3 she left here with her worker a little after 6, it's a two hour drive to the hospital where she's having her mastectomy done she should be back home late afternoon I need to get in contact with Red Cross this morning and get someone in to fix her brakes on her wheelchair I'm a little weary this morning I brought a fold up cot and I'm sleeping in the living room she's only got a one bedroom apartment and only has a loveseat which is too short for me to sleep on even though I'm not quite 5 feet tall  an extra murial nurse will be here tonight to show me how to empty the drainage tubes, life happens good or bad whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is the only way because relapsing isn't an option BUT remaining Smokefree is definitely the only choice plus it's absolutely the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
