I was planning on a ME day today BUT plans change my 91 year old mother in law just called and asked if I'd take her to get a few things done and of course I said yes she's a wonderful lady, so I'd better get moving since I've been dragging my butt not EXpecting to go anywhere today remember that being Smokefree is the gift of LIFE and if you're struggling you must keep moving forward because it will get easier and easier with time under your belt but first you have to go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker and once you get to that good place in your quit you'll be so glad that you stuck with your quit because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand. ...
