I don't know about anyone else BUT I do know that for myself I'm realizing the older I get the more I realize that I'm not invincible and that quitting smoking was absolutely the wisest decision that I've ever made or ever will make in my lifetime because I'll hopefully have a much better quality of living now to enjoy my family and friends but especially the grandchildren and if we stop to think about it breathing is essential to living so by quitting smoking we're hopefully be able to breathe on our own without the need of a Damned oxygen tank quitting smoking and sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance is Key to a lifetime of Freedom! Isn't our lives worth sooooo much more than the damned Cancer Sticks? Isn't a few weeks of cravings, moodswings and lack of sleep worth being able to live a life of Freedom and start reaping the benefits of being an Ex Smoker? I know at times how stressful and almost overpowering those cravings can be BUT you must believe that you can get through them because you can and you will succeed in getting through believe it and we're all here to help you in any way we can.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
