Our lives deserves for us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and sometimes I wish that I hadn't waited for 40 yrs before quitting smoking of well over a pk a day BUT obviously I wasn't ready to quit or I would've BUT when I found out that I have mild copd that's when I realized that I wasn't invincible and I didn't want to end up on oxygen 7/24, so as most of you know that's when I found this site and everyone here in this awesome community of EXers and read and read some more and stayed close and kept on reading and then life happened and I forgot about this site until on my 18th day when I was struggling to the point where I was ready to drive to the store and buy a carton of cigarettes instead of just a pk BUT thankfully I remembered and got on line and commented on something and up until that point I'd been lurking in the shadows and hadn't let myself be known BUT by commenting that brought so many helpful replys back to me including moody_9-18-13 who suggested I tell a little bit about myself and so I did and here I am well over four precious Smokefree years later if everyone would stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and keep them away from their face and realize that the only way is through then there's absolutely No Way That Anyone Could Fail and besides Relapsing would totally suck big time UGH on another DAY ONE  BUT YAY for each and every Day WON ......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
