Yikes it's the last Hump Day of August already! I'm wondering where Summer is because Fall is coming right up and I pretty much missed Summer somehow not really I'm joking because I got to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life by getting out to our community swimming pool with my daughter Mandy and Mason and Emma and enjoyed lots of barbecues and even had our oldest grandson Adam here to enjoy some barbecued steaks and Summer isn't over yet so I'll be enjoying it Smokefree because I am living a life of Freedom and enjoying life on life's terms mind you I do remember those early days and weeks of my quit and how difficult it was at times BUT I knew that I was going to succeed because of all the reading that I did here and the mantras I've learned and of the awesome people that helped me through the rough patches so as difficult as it was at times I knew that as long as I kept moving forward and stacking up my precious days of Freedom that it was going to get easier and easier with time under my belt and that it was going to be DOABLE which it was even though it didn't feel like it at times, so if you're struggling stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can and by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way you can FAIL, chin up and believe in yourself and be willing determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful in living a life of Freedom and boy oh boy it's so worth it •••••
