I won't be around in the morning

I have an early morning appointment, I'll be out of here by 8 o'clock but I'll be around after lunch Atlantic time, so I'll be checking in to say hello and I'll be pushing N.O.P.E and vigilance because none of us wants or needs another Day ONE so Vigilance is key to a lifetime of Freedom and each and every Day WON totally Rocks BUT you must get through the rough patches so you can come out the other side smiling and realising how much better life is an EXer.....
