Stick with your quit - N.M.W.

I know that it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination at times in those early weeks to stick with your quit especially when you're in the middle of a stressful situation BUT as difficult as it might be you will make it through by taking deep breaths and believing in yourself and by being willing determined and totally committed to make it through by believing that it will get easier and easier with time under your belt because it will as long as you stick with your quit, it's been one of those mornings for me where I wish I had of stayed in bed instead of getting up at 6:30 but I've got lot's to do and thankfully being an Ex Smoker makes this bad start to the day not so bad after all because I'm not sitting outside chainsmoking with a cloud of smoke surrounding me not getting a blessed thing done other than wasting my time,  life really does get better and better without the crutch of cigarettes and boy oh boy it's so worth it once you've relearned life without the crutch thinking WOW I'm so glad that that I don't smoke anymore knowing that I can handle things much easier now that I'm an EXer .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
