There seems to be quite a few people struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful in living a life of Freedom BUT you must believe that you can and then you will succeed BUT it's going to BE EXtremely difficult at times by any stretch of the imagination BUT definetly Doable you must be willing determined and totally committed to succeed no matter what is happening because life happens whether we smoke or not and there's never going to be a good time to quit so you have to bite the bullet and take back your life which is depending on you to quit and stay quit, I always want to remember and N.E.F  - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks because just like everyone else I had some hair pulling, crying, lack of sleep, rip your face off times that I am never going back to because I made it through with all my hair still in tact and I didn't rip anyone's face off although I felt like it a few times I made it through after 40 yrs of smoking at least 30 smokes a day and at least a half dozen failed attempts at quitting smoking UNTIL I found this site and everyone here in this awesome community and after reading about this horrid addiction I got the right Mindset and promised myself the night before quitting that I would never pick up another cigarette no matter what and with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance I made it and so can you and we're all here to help in any way we can..... Getting rid of the Crutch of cigarettes takes time BUT anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and once you have the right Mindset you will succeed believe it. ....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
