I keep saying life happens whether we smoke or not and we all know that it's true and it's also true that we don't have to Smoke just because Life throws us a monkey wrench we all have a choice to relapse or to keep our quits and even if you're in the early days and weeks of quitting smoking you can choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because your life is literally counting on you to stick with your quit. I'll be 59 in November, my older sister Cheryl is one year and sixteen days older than I am she was diagnosed with breast cancer three yrs ago with stage 2 grade 3 breast cancer she did the chemo and radiation and has two more yrs of HRT'S she's still cancer free, I just found out about an hour ago my younger sister Marion the one that's had two major neck surgeries in less than three yrs just found out that she has breast cancer, she still has more tests to find out the stage and grade oh but I pray that they found  it sooner than they did Cheryls, Marion will be 55 in October and isn't walking too much yet her balance isn't good she's pretty much in a wheelchair both my sisters were smokers Marion quit 7 yrs ago, Cheryl just quit again in May. We all need to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us, I had to share because I'm pretty frustrated and feel helpless right now but I'm praying with all my heart and soul now  when it comes to smoking all I think of is Whew I'm so thankful that I don't do that anymore because it's much easier dealing with stress and anxiety living LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the crutch of cigarettes because I'm not sitting outside chainsmoking with a stinky full ashtray full of butts with cigarette smoke swirling around my face trying to think through a fog of smoke ......... these are my two sisters, Cheryl lives in a different

Province but they got together this Summer with our Dad and neice unfortunately I didn't get to go.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
