Life is full of ups and downs that's just LIFE BUT it's absolutely Doable to quit smoking and stay quit even during the down times it's much more difficult when life throws you a curve ball in those early days and weeks of quitting BUT it's absolutely Doable and so very worth it you can keep your quit by believing in yourself and by being willing determined and totally committed you can and will be successful your quit, my quit, everyone's quit literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE which I consider the one gift that'll keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and it's vital to persevere through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes so if you're struggling with remaining quit please know that we're all here to help you in any way we can and by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way you can FAIL,  those early weeks can be EXtremely horrid BUT you can make it through by keeping your mind as well as your hands occupied ,do whatever you have to BUT don't relapse you can keep moving forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON as difficult as quitting can be it's much easier than continuing to Smoke , I quit for my health I didn't want to wait for a Dr. to  tell me to go home and get my affairs in order so after 40 yrs of smoking of at least 30 smokes a day and with the help of this community and all of the mantras including living by N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance & telling myself over & over again that I don't do that anymore and sometimes I yelled it right out loud and I kept them away from my face! HELL NO IT WASN'T EASY AT TIMES!!!! BUT IT WAS AND IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!!  Today I have 1,500 Glorious Smokefree Days and Counting and I say YAY for each and every Day WON and YAY for Freedom.... as long as you don't quit you'll find that good place in your quit and you'll be so glad that you are living a life of Freedom....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
