I want to thank everyone that commented on my post last night I really appreciate each and everyone of you, I'm going to check out different avenues and see about getting back into physio again BUT hey I'm a tough old broad frustrated at the moment BUT I'm Smokefree and am so happy that I am because life is going to happen good or bad whether we smoke or not and choosing NOT to Smoke during stress and anxiety or whatever the situation or emotions may be is DOABLE , by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance we can continue stacking up those precious Days of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON.....
