Life happens whether we smoke or not!

I credit this community of awesome people for helping me through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where I realized that I was going to succeed, I listened when I was told to read everything I could about this horrid addiction ,I blogged whenever I was having a horrendous crave, I commented on blogs and I made it through to that good place in my quit where I realized that there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic so if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you will ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free hang tough so you can get to that good place in your quit, once you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it ....
