Whether we smoke or quit or be quit for a few days, weeks, months or years then relapse because of complacency, stress, alcohol consumption or whatever the situation is a choice that's why I like to push these Mantras that I've learned right here and I'm sure there's lots more but here's a few and as long as we live by them then there's no way we can FAIL .... N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance - S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - N.E.F  - Never Ever Forget - those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is awesome, keep them away from your face and the only way out is through, looking after ourselves is also key - H.A.L.T  - Hungry Angry Lonely Tired -- our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit and it's up to us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free ..... Remain Smokefree N.M.W. -  No Matter What .... I say that LIFE is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT you must believe it and stick with your quit and get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes, it definitely takes time to get to that good place in your quit BUT when you do you'll be so glad that you stuck with it and be living a life of Freedom .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
