I know that for me the older I get and I'm 58 yrs old the more I realize just how short life really is and that we should do everything in our power to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do so we can have the best quality of living and be around to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life with the right Mindset we can do just about anything We put our minds to, I'm one of those those people that used to say that I had no intentions of ever quitting that I'd probably be buried with a Cigarette BUT once I found out that I have mild copd that was the end of that crazy thinking because I decided my life was worth more than the damned Cancer Sticks I believe that I'm day 1,482 or something like that!  Was it easy? HELL NO!!!!! BUT Was it worth it?  HELL YES!!!!!! There's definetly Life after Cigarettes reach out and grab the best gift the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE! As difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
