Wow next Wed is the last Hump Day in July and is my 22nd wedding Anniversary to Mark we've been together for 29 yrs he's my second hubby and was and is a great step father, I was only 16 when I got married the 1st time but went from the frying pan into a raging fire for 13 yrs but that's life because life happens and we must deal with whatever comes our way and I know now after 7 years of sobriety and over 4 years of being an Ex Smoker that I can live LIFE on LIFE'S Terms and so can anyone it's definetly not easy in those early weeks by any stretch of the imagination but boy oh boy it's so worth it so if you're reading this and are struggling stay close keep moving forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you must let us know by blogging Help so we'll know and can help you through it BUT you may have to wait for a few minutes so do whatever you have to while you're waiting EXcept Smoke sit on your hands ,bite into a lemon whatever BUT hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE .....
